Karcher was set up by an existing client to operate in a new territory providing the same service, and we were tasked with designing and developing the site from the ground up, ensuring traffic and rankings grew in line with business demand. Whilst starting from scratch meant we had a clean slate to work with, it also meant we had a mammoth task ahead of us.
Over the course of the first year we realised that customer behaviour was very different to the UK market, therefore, we had to change our digital marketing plan in accordance with research and results from the first few months of the campaign. The main challenge was starting with a brand new site that had no online presence or rankings.
The team worked together to design, develop and market the site from the ground up.
We designed and developed the site with ux in mind, ensuring the brand new website was intuitive and easy to use.
Once the new site had launched, we planned out a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with both seo and the client’s non-UK location in mind to build an online presence and get them ranking for their target keywords.
We did this through a fully optimised site, continued content marketing and a successful ppc campaign which drove traffic to the website, attracted users and delivered quality lead generation.
We managed to exceed the targets set for us in terms of lead generation.
