New Home, New Site… It’s Been A Busy Month For RUN2

New Home

A couple of weeks ago RUN2 moved to a new home… well, sort of. We’re still located within Waulk Mill in Ancoats, but have moved one floor down to a much bigger office space.

The last 18 months have been a real period of growth for us with the acquisition of a number of new clients and, in line with that, several new team members. We’ve grown from being a team of 13 in 2016 to 21 currently, and we were pretty cramped in our old office! We also foresee further growth in the near future, so the time had definitely come for us to find a bigger space.


Waulk Mill has been our home for so long and we’ve grown quite attached to it, so when the opportunity arose for us to stay within the building but move to a space that’s double the size and spread over two floors, it seemed like the ideal solution (especially as moving was made a lot simpler by being able to just throw everything into the lift and press the down button!)

As well as the new office giving us the chance to expand the team in line with our plans for growth, it has also provided more space for group working, team socialising, and additional areas for meeting with clients.



New Website


As well as our big move, we’ve also been working away behind the scenes on a new website for Run2.


It’s been 2 years since we launched our previous site, which did it’s job in that it helped convey our brand and successfully converted many visitors into clients. However, the company has grown and developed so much since then that a refresh and slight change of direction was definitely called for.  In short, as our business has continued to grow so has our offering and we wanted a new site to reflect that.

We hope that the new website reveals a more refined and mature Run2. The service offering has been expanded to Digital Marketing, Design, Branding and Web with the overarching message that we will always keep you a step ahead of your competitors regardless of the service you choose.

Linzi Hunter, Head of UX Design, explains her decision making process behind the new site:

“Agencies are unique beasts – fast-paced, exciting, full of challenges and characters but also full of tight deadlines and little time to spare. Finding the time to actually work on your own company and brand sometimes seemed impossible but it just really got to a point where we just weren’t shouting about the amazing work we were doing, the range of services we actually offered and the fantastic clients we had won over the past couple of years. We always told our new clients that your brand is the single most important element within your business, it’s the personality of your company. Focus on your branding and your business will flourish the way you want it to. We used to hear ourselves giving out this advice and thinking, we really need to listen to our own advice and take some time to get this nailed for ourselves. We know who we are and everything we do, but does anybody else? So here we are with our new refined brand identity and a team of people who are experts in their field. Digital marketers, designers, writers, developers, creatives, strategists and analysts. We listen, we learn, we deliver and we’ll always keep you a step ahead.”
